Use a soft tape measure.
Place it around the head, position it mid forehead and above ears.
Measure in centimeters and pick your size. 

For example: 
For a proper tight fit, measurement 59cm, take size 58.
For a loose comfortable fit, measurement 59cm, take size 59.
