Grease Monkey refers to a repairman or a mechanic.
The fabric is a 10.5 oz  denim.
Button fly front.
Black metal button.
The placket is a one-piece fly with its patent label.
The knees are double fabrics.
The back pocket is a patch pocket.
The bottom of the pocket is reinforced with chambray fabric from the back.
Union label inside the left pocket.
There is a hammer loop on the left side and a tool pocket on the right side.
"Union Special" printed on the back patch.
Roomy on the waist, hips, and thighs, but the hem is tapered.
