As for the size, if you feel that your head is small, please choose S-M. Possibly fits head measurement 56cm to 60cm because it's adjustable.
If you have a large head, a lot of hair, and want to wear it loosely, M-L would be fine. It fits head measurement 58cm to 63cm.

Sizing:
Use a soft tape measure.
Place it around the head, position it mid forehead and above ears.
Measure in centimeters and pick your size. 

For example: 
For a proper tight fit, measurement 59cm, take size 58.
For a comfortable relax fit, measurement 59cm, take size 59.
