Old Joe "MARK" Sunglasses

O.J GLOBE SPECS OPTICAL Co. has typically been known for its collection of slim and slender frames, but this season marks the introduction of the brand's first classic, thicker frames. Unlike the sophisticated volume of French vintage eyewear, these new designs evoke the image of old tortoiseshell frames, creating a rugged yet intellectual style. 

Although these eyewear designs are not based on actual historical pieces, they reflect the kind of vintage eyewear that one might wish had existed. The collection is the result of a collaboration between Takagi, the designer of the men's apparel brand OLD JOE, and Okada from GLOBE SPECS. Together, they brought this vision to life. The brand name, "O.J GLOBE SPECS OPTICAL Co." (pronounced "Old Joe Globe Specs Optical Co." in Japanese), refers to a fictional company that might have once produced these vintage eyewear designs.
