Old Joe Fly-front Arthur Jacket

A cropped jacket reconstructed from a Euro military chore jacket. Design elements unique to utilitarian workwear stand out, such as the fly-front closure, pleated pockets, and elongated waist adjusters.

Both the warp and weft use linen sourced from France. The weave is a standard herringbone, but it is woven at the highest possible density. Even the warping process requires considerable skill, and the weaving itself is carefully adjusted based on daily conditions and the quality of the yarn.

The fabric is also highly challenging to process in its pre-treatment stage, so it undergoes slow and meticulous refining multiple times. In the finishing stage, silicone is infused to create a fabric with a resilient, springy texture.
