Shipping:
All packages are shipped via UPS.
Shipping within California is free. California State taxes will be applied.
There is a shipping fee will be calculated on the checkout page if it's outside of California state but no sales tax will be applied.
Return / Exchange:
We are happy to accept returns & exchanges for full price stock items orders placed within 10 days of mail order delivery / 7 days in store purchase. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the email receipt. We offer you the option of exchange or refund on online orders. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. We don't accept returns on jewelry, underwear or socks.
For shoes, please confirm your size with us before making a purchase if you are uncertain. If a return is necessary due to sizing issues, a $50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please refrain from purchasing if you are unsure about the style or color, as we do not accept returns for these reasons. If you proceed with the purchase and decide it's not for you. This process can waste your time and money on shipping, as well as ours. We appreciate your understanding and only accept exchanges or returns for reasonable issues such as defects.
For all returned items, a 6% restocking fee and the original shipping fee will be charged and deducted from your refund. ( Because the Shopify platform doesn't refund the credit card fees if a return occurred ) .
No returns are accepted on final sale or discounted items. Only exchange or store credit.
To return merchandise, you can request a return here. We are happy to provide a pre-paid return label.
For international customers, all prices on our website are before tax. You will need to pay the import tariff and other fees may occur. Return / Exchange shipping fee will be on you, we are not able to generate international return shipping labels. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Due to the duty issue and complicated customs process in China and Italy, please contact us before you place the order if your shipping address is China or Italy.
Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash. Refund will be also credited to the gift card.
Delivery Issues:
If you need "signature confirmation" with the package delivery, please make a note when you place the order. Otherwise, by default, packages will be shipped without a signature for a quick easy delivery.
We are not responsible for reimbursement if the package was successfully delivered to the shipping address (according to the tracking information). If it can be proved the package was failure on delivery, we will cover the loss. Otherwise, for any stolen/lost packages, you should file claims with your own home insurance ( property loss ) or file claims with the courier company because they might leave your package in an unsafe place.
