Return / Exchange:

We are happy to accept returns & exchanges for full price stock items orders placed within 10 days of mail order delivery / 7 days in store purchase. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We offer you the option of exchange or refund on online orders. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. We don't accept returns on jewelry or underwear.

For shoes, please ask us before you made purchase on our website if you were not sure about your size. Otherwise, a return occurred by the sizing issue, a restock fee of $50 will be deducted from your refund. Please DO NOT purchase if the shoes style or color is "not for me" type, we don't accept this reason for returns. If it's not for you, you better not buying them. Otherwise, restock fee $50 will be charged for this kind of reason. It's wasting your time and wasting your shipping fee back and forth for only trying them on, also wasting our time. Hope you can understand. We only accept reasonable exchanges or returns due to defects or similar issues. 

For all returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. 

No returns are accepted on final sale or discounted items. Only exchange or store credit. 

To return merchandise, email us at for return authorization.  We are happy to provide a pre-paid return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For free shipping California customers, original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

For international customers, all prices on our website are before tax. You will need to pay the import tariff and other fees may occur. Return / Exchange shipping fee will be on you, we are not able to generate international return shipping labels. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Due to the duty issue and complicated customs process in China, Italy, please contact us before you place the order if your shipping address is China or Italy. 


Delivery Issues:

If you need "signature confirmation" with the package delivery, please make a note when you place the order. Otherwise, by default, packages will be shipped without a signature for a quick easy delivery.

We are not responsible for reimbursement if the package was successfully delivered to the shipping address (according to the tracking information). If it can be proved the package was failure on delivery, we will cover the loss. Otherwise, for any stolen/lost packages, you should file claims with your own home insurance ( property loss ) or file claims with the courier company because they might leave your package in an unsafe place.
