Freewheelers Chopper Builder Work Trousers
Here’s an introduction to the Chopper Builder Work Trousers from "UNION SPECIAL OVERALLS" by Freewheelers.
These trousers are inspired by a cycle shop called "Motor Cyclone Garage," which was based in Oakland, California, during the 1950s and 1960s. The design is based on the story that the shop commissioned Union Special to create a pair of work shorts. The label features a dual-brand name, "Union Special" and "Motor Cyclone."
The front of the trousers features a button fly, and the waist has double pockets on each side, including on the double knee section. There are waist adjusters as well. The back has patch pockets. Additionally, there is a hammer loop and side tool pockets.
The fabric is a 14oz indigo denim that has been shrinkage-treated. The fit of the trousers is slightly roomy around the thighs and hips, creating a somewhat relaxed silhouette.
