Sizing: We recommend you choose half size smaller than your Barrie size. For example, If you wear a 9D on the Barrie last, then please choose 8.5D in these loafers.

Alden shoes are crafted with attention to detail in their Massachusetts factory. They still use machines that are decades old—some more than 100 years old—to preserve the beautiful traditional details seen in the good old days.
It's important to note that due to the handmade process, some minor imperfections may occur because they're not bench-made by high-tech modern machines with that high precision. These imperfections are part of the unique character of the shoes and should not be seen as flaws. Just like our feet, no two shoes are exactly the same, and none is perfect.
If you have any concerns about quality control, we're more than happy to provide pictures before you make a purchase. We want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your Alden shoes.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within:
• 10 days of delivery for online orders
• 7 days of purchase for in-store orders
All returns and cancellations incur a 6% restocking fee due to non-refundable Shopify transaction fees.
Items must be returned in original new condition — no creases, marks, stains, or odors.
• A $100 fee will apply for any visible wear.
• Worn items may be sent back with no refund.
Refunds go to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
