To celebrate this milestone anniversary, Timeworn introduces a groundbreaking embroidered souvenir shirt jacket.
Inspired by 1940s rayon officer shirt jackets, this piece reinterprets the classic souvenir garment which originally created in the 40s for American servicemen stationed overseas, souvenir shirt jackets combined military-inspired silhouettes with hand embroidery that captured memories of distant cultures.
The intricate embroidery vividly depicts an Asian mythical creature, the dragon "龍". Below it sits Japan’s iconic Mount Fuji, accompanied by the word “Japan.” Together, these elements reflect not only Timeworn’s uncompromising pursuit of craftsmanship, but also a deep respect for the rich cultural heritage of Japan.
Constructed with a black rayon–cotton blend body, the jacket offers a subtle sheen, exceptional softness, and a cool, smooth hand feel. Lightweight and comfortable, it is ideal for spring and summer wear.
