Old Joe Linen Herringbone Peaked Cap

This peaked casquette is based on classic detailing while refined with a contemporary fit. Inspired by imagery from the 1910s to 1930s, the silhouette has been repeatedly revised and refined to achieve a completely original fit.

Every aspect has been carefully designed for a clean, elegant look—such as the forward-leaning angle when worn, the size of the brim, the volume of fabric when styled toward the front, and the fullness at the sides—ensuring it never appears bulky or clumsy.

Both the warp and weft use linen sourced from France. The weave is a standard herringbone, but it is woven at the highest possible density. Even the warping process requires exceptional skill, and the weaving itself is finely adjusted based on daily conditions and the quality of the yarn.

The fabric is also highly challenging during the pre-treatment stage, so it undergoes slow and careful refining multiple times. In the finishing process, silicone is infused to create a fabric with a resilient, springy texture.
