Freewheelers Peace Valley Short Sleeve Shirt

This short-sleeved work shirt is designed with details essential for a motorcycle mechanic. The concept imagines it as a custom order piece made by Motorcyclone Garage in collaboration with Union Special. As such, the shirt features dual branding—both Union Special and Motorcyclone.

The fabric is an approximately 6-ounce indigo chambray cotton. The warp uses rope-dyed indigo threads, while the weft is made from natural (undyed) cotton yarn.

Key design features:

• A slightly pointed collar for a sharper silhouette.

• The main seams are constructed using triple-needle chain-stitching with rolled seams, known for durability.

• Symmetrical chest pockets on both sides.

  • These are double-structured, allowing for top entry like standard pockets.

  • Additionally, the outer sections are box-style pockets, designed to prevent items from falling out when you bend over.

• A Union Label is sewn on the inside of the body.

• The side slits are reinforced with gussets.

• Buttons are 15mm, four-hole urea buttons.
