Old Joe - Patina Horsehide Cossack Jacket

A premium leather jacket inspired by 1920s–30s Cossack-style workwear, featuring a compact shawl collar and short, balanced silhouette. While rooted in vintage leather archives, the design has been thoughtfully modernized through refined proportions, pocket placement, button configuration, and front detailing.

The jacket is crafted from proprietary horsehide roughout leather and finished with a custom aging treatment that creates the appearance of a well-preserved vintage garment. Exceptional craftsmanship is showcased through intricate stitching details and traditional rounded patch pockets, executed by some of Japan's most skilled artisans.

The roughout leather retains its natural texture, offering the dense, substantial character associated with pre-war leather garments. Over time, the leather will continue to develop deeper creases and a richer patina unique to its wearer.

The lining is made in Japan using a luxurious blend of linen warp yarns and silk-nep weft yarns. This unique fabric combines a refined vintage appearance with modern comfort, featuring a soft hand, lightweight feel, and natural slub texture.
