A real name reprint of "Leather Togs" label on the lining, which was the King of Leather in the world of motorcycle jackets and history. It's a brand that existed in Massachusetts in the 1920s-1940s. By researching on most of the vintage pieces, it is speculated that all leather jackets were custom made with a name on the name tag, also with some small differences on designs, hardware parts, and other details.
