The "Beach Cloth" was introduced by a brand in the early 1900s in the United States, and was an epoch-making fabric that had "the toughness of cotton one side and the warmth of wool on the other side". Of course, it was made from natural materials, and it continues to fascinate people not only because of its functionality but also its special look and texture.

Weaving is done by a rare Russell loom in Freewheelers, which has been customized with a machine shop. Using 3 types of heather yarns on the front and 2 types of wool yarns on the back. 
This can only be made by Freewheelers with this special loom.
